Problem
Before the invention of this special elbow, in the connection of horizontal branches to vertical soil pipes and/or in changing the direction from vertical to horizontal, standard 45-degree elbows were typically used. This caused pressure on the sealing ring seat, leading to its deformation and loss of watertightness over time.

The design and manufacturing of Poliran’s socketed elbow, with proper spacing behind the socket, enables correct bracket installation. In addition, the use of this fitting by creating appropriate distance between two 45° direction changes allows smooth wastewater flow, prevents sudden pressure surges, and avoids unwanted noise.
