Introduction
The production of double socket pipes, an innovation by Poliran and the first of its kind in the world, provides two pipes in a single length, minimizing pipe waste in projects to the lowest possible level.
Problem
Before the production of double socket pipes, when only single socket pipes were available, any required length shorter than the standard pipe length resulted in the leftover portion being practically unusable after cutting.
Poliran Solution
With the invention of double socket pipes, each pipe length effectively provides two usable pipes. After cutting the required length, the remaining portion can still be used thanks to the socket. This innovation significantly reduces pipe waste, so much so that today some leading European companies have adopted Poliran’s approach and also produce their pipes as double socket.
