A New Step in Industrial Construction: Implementation of the Country’s First Knowledge-Based Prefabricated Building Using Poliran Products at the Road, Housing, and Urban Development Research Center
In an innovative move towards industrializing construction, the Road, Housing, and Urban Development Research Center has announced the successful execution of the country’s first knowledge-based prefabricated building. This landmark project, symbolizing the application of advanced technologies, employs advanced wastewater and rainwater collection systems from Poliran, a leading company in innovation and specialized solutions in the construction facilities industry.
Advanced Technical Solutions by Poliran in this Project:
This building, recognized as a model in prefabricated construction, features an array of modern systems equipped with state-of-the-art technology and engineered design by Poliran that have been installed and successfully launched. Key components include:
Vertical Wastewater and Vent Pipes:
Utilizing the Protect push-fit system, I self-sealing, B1-grade according to DIN4102 standards, with a noise emission of only 19 dB as certified by the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany.
Horizontal Wastewater Lines:
Employing the Silent 10 push-fit system, the quietest building wastewater system globally, with sound levels of 10 dB, slow-burning performance, BD grade, high resistance, and suitability for underground installation.
Horizontal Vent Lines:
Using the General Silent push-fit system with a sound level of 17 dB, slow-burning performance, and a competitive price paired with high quality.
Exhaust Systems and Breakrooms:
Incorporating the General Silent push-fit system with stable gas sealing, noise reduction in the exhaust network, and ease of installation.
Comprehensive Rainwater System:
Utilizing a polyethylene welded system rated for 10 bars with a leak test capability for heights of 150 meters of water column, featuring patented special fittings and verification from the research center for specific applications involving rainwater.
Support Clamps:
Utilizing Poliran’s stable clamps with high grip and strength, reducing structure-borne sound, and outperforming similar German variants in sound transmission reduction.
Green Space Irrigation System:
Employing polyethylene pipes and polypropylene screw fittings with a working pressure of 10 bars, UV-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use.
This intelligent combination of systems serves as a prominent example of Poliran’s modern and efficient solutions for rapid installation, durability, long lifespan, and flawless performance in real-world construction project conditions.
The project was executed following the most precise technical standards and in complete harmony with the guidelines of the Road, Housing, and Urban Development Research Center.
Achievements and Outlook:
The successful execution of this project marks a significant milestone in the construction industry’s transition towards industrialization, the utilization of advanced technologies, and the enhancement of productivity in construction projects. This achievement showcases the high potential of knowledge-based prefabricated buildings in reducing construction time and costs while increasing quality.
Poliran, a knowledge-driven company, continues to make strides in developing and delivering advanced construction facilities systems, always ready to collaborate and serve the country’s leading national and infrastructure projects.
