پلی ران صنعت برتر سال 95 و 96

The welded polyethylene system is the best choice for a building’s rainwater system in terms of lightness, simplicity, performance, reliability, lifespan and total cost. However, even when using 10-bar pipes and fittings, due to the common expansion sockets usually used in this system, it is practically impossible to test with a pressure of more than 1.8 bar (18) meters of water column. Poliran rainwater system provides the possibility of integrated testing up to a height of 150 meters of water column. It is a reliable solution for the drainage of rainwater in high-rise buildings. This system, using the special 100 RT coupling -designed and patented by Poliran’s R&D Department- makes length changes ineffective caused by thermal instability and provides Technical possibility for correct installation of the polyethylene system.

According to the requirements of National Building Regulations Part16 , testing the building’s rainwater system must be run in an integrated way through filling all vertical and horizontal pipes with water. Regarding the limitations of polymeric systems, this issue has become a big challenge for designers and installers, especially in high-rise buildings, and there has been practically no suitable solution other than using conventional alloy systems.

However, these systems have many limitations compared to polymer systems, and in addition to the high initial cost and implementation, they are subject to corrosion and decay over time, and their lifespan is shorter.

Performance of a Poliran rainwater system against fire

Today, fire control is one of the most important considerations in the design and construction of new buildings. For this purpose, in addition to fire alarm and extinguishing systems, methods and products are needed that delay the spread of fire as much as possible. The reaction of this system to fire is certified by the Road, Housing and Urban Development Research Center and in accordance with the Iranian National Standard 11-8299 INSO, slow-burning with classification E and higher.
