Body and screw head: Made of polypropylene copolymer, which is a linear isomer of propylene, and compared to polyethylene, in addition to high resistance to chemicals, adverse environmental conditions and sunlight, it also has high hardness and more resistance to heat.

Split ring: This part is responsible for holding the pipe and preventing it from protruding from the body and is made of polyester and is completely resistant to chemicals such as alkalis and acids. It is very resistant to abrasion and physical stress.

Bushing: This part, which helps seal by applying pressure to the O-ring, is made of polyethylene, which is a resistant thermoplastic and is widely used in the irrigation and water supply network equipments.

O-ring: A ring made of natural rubber (NR) combined with SBR that ultimately seals the connection completely.

Saddle: It has a different shape than screw connections and consists of two main parts, the base and the branch. Both parts are made of polypropylene copolymer and, depending on their dimensions, may have two, four or six metal bolts and nuts that are cold galvanized.

The Saddle is sealed by a rubber O-ring, and in large sizes, the branch of the belt is reinforced with a metal collar. The belts are according to standard 8996.

Flanged Adaptor: In addition to the components found in other screw connections, it has an 8 mm thick chrome-plated metal ring.

Nipple: It is produced from two materials: polypropylene and polyester. The polyester core is extremely strong.
